Inconsiderate Boss

I suppose that I am god damn lucky to have such a nice boss. My boss whenever he is eating lunch with us, he pay for our lunch. Whenever my family have seom problems, he will lend a helpful hand and advice to us. And if you have any problems, he will try to find a solution for you. And there is this one time that my boss even offer to pay for my college fees but definitely there is something in return that is I will for him longer and can't leave the company so soon. But unfortunately I already decided not to take that course due to some other reason. I mean I am really lucky when I compare myself with others people boss. Because my boss is one in a million good boss. I am glad that I can get into this company. Anyway, somehow some people might not so lucky.

Ah Wah boss, I got to tell you he is the worst and kiam siap boss ever I have seen. His company got two boss. One is small boss and one is bigger boss. Once he decided to leave the company and join another company so he told the small boss that he will be leaving next month. But then the small boss said that he will increase his salary to make him stay. After 1 month, Ah Wah ask him back regarding the salary, then he said,"Big boss said this year profit is not much so can't increase your salary.." I was like what the hell....He did promise and in the end he break his promise. If he can't afford to increase people salary then just be honest. OMG!!! Anyway then this time the small boss daughther are having this one month old party(mun yuet chau) and they need to go back to Ipoh from Saturday to Monday. And he told Ah Wah that the three days will be an holiday somemore is unpaid leave. So Ah Wah found a part time on Saturday. And today the big boss found out that he work on Saturday. And make him stay alone in the factory to do all the work himself. He feels that if you like to work that much then I make you work alone in the factory and complete all the work yourself without anybody help. I was so pissed off when heard about it. Can't people just work part time when they are having an off day what's the matter with him. He is such an asshole guy I have ever seen. Damn it.
