Am I that fat?

Do I looks like 70kg?
I am really sad when today during lunch my boss said I am 70kg. What the? Anyhow see also doesn't seems like 70kg. I know I have gain weight. But not that serious. I already gain from 50kg to 53.8kg. My uncle weight for me yesterday in his clinic. Digital somemore. Should be more accurate right. I just couldn't believe how I can gain such a weight. I try to slim down but to no success in it. Now I am skipping my breakfast because last time studying I can't eat breakfast early in the morning. So now I skip my breakfast. But people said breakfast is the most important meal for the whole day. But I can't skip lunch nor dinner so I sacrifice my breakfast. ;)
My uncle somemore said I am underweight. He ask me to gain more weight to be healthy. OMG!!! Gain somemore I will be crying leh. I think I need to do more exercise such as jogging, sit up or playing badminton and etc. What do you say?

OMG! yuu definitely DO NOT looks like 70 kg!!!! what the. yur boss dun simply say things when he dunno how 70kg looks like!!!! i'm this fat also 60kg only la.

actually, breakfast is really the most important. skipping it will actually reduce yur metabolism, so it's best not to skip any meal. instead, try to plan what to eat. go for something rich in fibre instead of carbohydrates or starch.

and true enough, yuu ARE actually UNDER-weight. haha. to increase weight doesn't mean is to increase fats! mostly is about increasing yur muscle weight. so, to find out whether we really got gain fats is not looking at the weighing machine (though it's crucial) but our waistline and whether can we still fit in our clothes.

what type of exercise depends on what is yur goal. if yuu want to lose fats, then have to do cardio exercise, like jogging, playing badminton, swimming. these are exercises that help lose fat fast esp swimming and good for heart training.

by doing only sit-up won't have effect as it's purpose is to tone abs and it won't reduce fats.

i would recommend yuu to try the magazine, SHAPE, which i think it's really good because it shares a lot of tips on health, work-out and healthy eating.

i hope this information can help yuu. i learned all these from the magazines that i read and it works for me. :) if yuu want more information, maybe yuu can try do some research on yur own. ;)
