25th August 2007, my colleagues came to my apartment. Because they keep on asking me when I am going to invite them to my house warming party. But definitely there will be no house warming party. But I invited them to my house to have fun. We work half day that day. But the time just like passing so slow because I am tired and lazy to work after on leave for two days consecutively.
Once the clock reach 1pm, my boss keep on telling my colleagues that I am going to perform my piano skills to them at my home. I really hate this. My boss always like that. I know that I can't perform well so I declined to give any performance with an excuse such as I only practise my exam pieces and did not practice any new song since. I just can't get away with it because of that because my boss will find other way to make me play a song for them. Haih.
They bought KFC to my house as lunch. After they had their lunch. OMG! They want me to play piano for them.Sigh!! Damn sien. Mu boss said since I didn't play other songs for so long then he wanted me to play my piano exam pieces for them. MOTHER... Where can like that wan? Everyone knows that exam pieces doesn't sound nice. So I have no choice but to play a song that I am familiar with. And I have to add that Esther sight reading was really really good. I admire her.

i totally can understand how yuu feel when ppl keep asking to play the piano. and i especially dislike it when i had already politely declined it. i dislike persistent ppl. :(
esther played a lot of songs that day? i mean, from yur post, i assume that she took yur exam pieces and played on sight-reading?
She didn't play my exam pieces but she play a song which she play by heart(the song that she perform was great) and after that she try to play Richard Clayderman's Smoke Gets In Your Eyes & Unchained Melody by sight reading and she really can play quite melodious and nice although its just only sight reading.
wow.. then she should become a piano teacher or performer ma.. kinda wasted, right?
I dun think she will have the patience to teach. And she kinda have high expectations and she will always hope for the best result. And if she really had students then the students must be really good also.
